We are especially proud to be recognized as a leader in the residential design field, winning numerous awards including Frederick County Builder of the Year in 1996 and again in 2004. Respecting the Past and Looking to the Future
Over the years, we've become well known for our painstaking historic renovations, and are currently making a concentrated move toward green construction—designing homes that are built and operated in an environmentally friendly way. Mark's son, Peter Lancaster, is now a full-time member of our team. Peter is a graduate of Wesley College in Delaware and a recent graduate of Montgomery College in Construction Management. He has worked with the company from the age of 14, and his involvement assures a bright future and a continued pursuit of excellence.
